David P. Peek
CEO
David has been designing professional software for over thirty years. He is the co-inventor on two of the InvestmentSignals
patents relating to irrigation control and weather data collection. While working with several California Water Districts
in the past David is familiar with water conservation methods using ET and providing automated input towards irrigation
scheduling. As a technologist, David provides the architectural and development leadership for new products for InvestmentSignals and
another company in the telecom industry. David is the former Chairman of the VMA International Technical Working Group where he coordinated the first software
demonstration of an Internet based directory service for VoiceMail. He is also the inventor and co-inventor on several patents in the telecom industry.
David holds a BS degree in Computer Science with a minor in Mathematics and Business Administration from the University of Lowell, now Univerisity of Massachusetts.
Tim Boyle

Tim is the owner and manager of Computer Climate, a meteorological consulting company, experienced in weather data measurements,
instrument setup and maintenance. Tim has over 15 years of experience in environmental monitoring where he provides consulting
to both private and government clients. Mr. Boyle has a Master of Arts in Geography from California State University Northridge and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of California at Los Angeles.
S. Christopher Peek
Chairman, Executive Advisor
Chris pioneered the concept of Effective Rain calculations during the Technical Advisory Committee meetings approved Dr. Snyder at UC Davis. Mr. Peek designed and built CIMIS equivalent weather stations used by FCGMA to start Ordinance 8 in 1992. Chris is the inventor and co-inventor of 42 patents in many technologies including those held by InvesmentSignals for irrigation control and Internet communications. Mr. Peek has a BS degree from MIT in Engineering.
